After a crazy month, I have returned from Brazil and am excited to launch the second rendition of my site, Caio Terra Online! It was my hope to have a lot of these features in when we first designed the site but at the time our knowledge and experience didn't allow it. Like Jiu Jitsu, this site is a work in progress!
What's new for version 2.0 are the forum sections and hopefully a more interactive experience. We are now going to stream classes weekly and take answers from the members! Don't learn from us learn with us!
Also new are workouts and drill that will help your Jiu Jitsu game. You can do these from the comfort of your own home, with and with out a partner. A lot of times we aren't at the gym or have no partner to drill with, that doesn't mean we can't get better in Jiu Jitsu!
