2013 has been simply amazing! In a year where I won Pans, Worlds and no Gi worlds the most rewarding thing to me, was seeing the growth of our team and our association. I will never forget being with the team as we took home the trophy at the US Open. Not every one got a medal but everyone was a winner!
To close out the year I launched my online training. What started as a dream, became an idea and is now a reality. I am a big believer in setting goals and with in the first week we passed our goal for the first month!! THANK YOU EVERYONE!! Here is a video on a leg drag defense drill to bring in the new year.
