Sorry guys, missed the lesson plan map for the past couple months! The person who usually does it got very busy with work and after thinking about it we decided to release one gigantic one for May! Here it is, hope you enjoy!
Also wanted to say thank you! 2014 so far has been amazing. Although I have not competed much this year I have helped others reach their goals and that is more rewarding than any medal. Now it's the "off season" and I plan to really focus on my health so I can be ready for no gi season. Look for some amazing no gi stuff right around the corner. Also I will be traveling to Turkey for a 2 week seminar with Kit Dale, Yuri Simoes and Ary and plan to film the whole trip for app.caioterra.com! Should be fun!
