The month of October was another busy one. For online training we went covered basics, gi advanced and no gi. I believe in the basics and as I have more and more time I really want to touch on concepts I feel are very important.
Also in October we changed the format of the site a little. We are still planning a major overhaul to make the site as user friendly and interactive as possible. The ETA for this is not set.

Next month I also plan to start introducing lifestyle video's. I visit a lot of really cool gyms and learned a lot in my journey that I want to share that with you!
